Safety
We aim to provide quality children's entertainment, at a great price and in a safe environment. Every step is taken to make sure that all our customers young and old are kept safe whilst with us. However, every player and their legal parent or guardian must take it upon themselves to make sure they follow our rules, listen to our instructions and on the whole BE SENSIBLE.
Basic Rules for Parents
Children under the age of 18 cannot play without a fully completed and signed disclaimer by their parent or legal guardian. These are available upon request and are sent with booking confirmation.Children must be 7 years old or above.Every 5 under 16's onsite must be accompanied by one adult (either playing or spectating).Anyone consistently breaking our rules and/or instructions will be ejected from the game and put in the care of the onsite parents.If you see or hear something that you don't like always speak to the session Manager.
1 Member of our team per every 10 players will supervise every gameAt least 1 member of the team will be St. John's Ambulance Outdoor Activity First Aid Trained or above.All of our staff are fully trained regarding risk assesments and what to do in an emergency.Our equipment is regularly maintainedWe are insured to operate Outdoor Laser Tag Games at any UK venue for which we have prior consent
Every session begins with a safety briefing and equipment usage briefingThe boundaries of the playing zone will be explained and pointed out at the start of each different game.Players are always escorted to and from playing zones by a minimum of 2 Battlefield Live Staff.
