Kids Parties

Our kids parties are hosted at the Nuthampstead Shooting Ground Venue and run for 2 hours.

From April 1st 2009 the minimum group size is 10, but we will give you one place for FREE and adults can now join in the fun with kids at the same price.

Smaller groups can still join in sessions with similar age group parties, so please call us to check availability if you have less than 10 players.

Booking your kids party is simple:

1. Choose which session you want to join - 10:00 to 12:00 or 13:00 to 15:00

2. Check availability by calling or emailing us.

3. Complete a booking form and send in a deposit for 50% of your total.

4. If you want to order food for the kids please complete the appropiate section of the booking form.

  Food is paid directly to Nuthampstead Shooting Ground, so please bear that in mind if you are writing a

  cheque. We usually advise food after your session.

5. Once your booking form and deposit has been recevied by us we will confirm your booking in writing.

  Please note that due to increasing demand we have to operate a first come first served booking

  process and places cannot be reserved without a deposit and completed form.

ON THE DAY

1. Your party should arrived 40 minutes before your session start time and report to our staff on arrival.

2. Pay your outstanding balance and hand in a completed disclaimer form for each player, inc. adults.

3. Each player will be provided with combat overalls to wear over the top of their own clothes & a combat

  hat.

4. Your Commanding Office will brief your party on safe & proper use of the equipment & general safety.

5. Your party will be divded into two teams along with any other parties in your session.

6. All players will be transported to the gaming zone in our combat vehicles & their supervised 2 hour

  session will begin.

7. At the end of the 2 hour session all players will be returned to the admin area & any groups that have

  ordered food will be escorted to the clubhouse.
